IMPORTANT Brokerage Provided Leads Workflow Training

Many of you know we have been doing a 90 day evaluation period to study our current brokerage-provided lead workflow. We took a lot of feedback from our team members as to what has been working and what has not. That said…we will be re-structuring the workflow and processes as to how we handle brokerage-provided leads moving forward.
This Zoom meeting is to go over the new workflow so we can all be on the same page. This meeting is required for those agents who are participating in the brokerage-provided lead programs (you are enrolled in the Professional or Mentorship Commission Programs) in order to continue participating in the leads program you will be required to either attend this meeting or to confirm you have watched the recording so we can ensure that everyone is on the same page moving forward.
I am attaching a new Cheat Sheet which has a flow chart detailing the new workflow as well as the new Standard Operating Procedure if anyone would like to review these items before the meeting next week. Here is a summary of the key changes:
* We will still be utilizing Raiya Voice for Ylopo leads, but it will only be for the first 10 days. New Ylopo leads will still go to the Ylopo Call Center Pond in FUB, but after the 10 day period is up and the lead has not been removed from the Pond, then the lead will be assigned to participating agents round-robin and it will become the assigned agent’s responsibility to continue to follow-up. Raiya text will still be used for most lead sources.
* We will be implementing a round-robin lead distribution workflow for all other lead sources and leads that are already in the ponds to re-distribute them out.
* When exclusive leads are assigned to agents you will be required to contact that lead at regular intervals in order to keep the lead. If you are not able to follow up with the lead on time the lead will automatically get re-assigned by the system and you will lose the lead.
* We have created a separate group of leads for team members who are comfortable working with real estate investors and this group will be for investor leads that come in. In order to be considered for this group you are required to have taken our Working with Real Estate Investors course either in-person or via co-assemble. If you are a team member who is already working with investors you will get added to this group.
