Tehane is a licensed NC REALTOR® and the owner and broker-in-charge of Wayfinder Homes. With extensive experience in creative investment financing methods, investment deal analysis, and market studies, Tehane is committed to guiding her clients toward optimum investment strategies. Her expertise encompasses property acquisition, rehabbing, design, staging, photography, real estate marketing, rentals, and property management.

Prior to her successful transition into real estate, Tehane spent over a decade in the medical laboratory information systems field, where she developed a strong foundation in project management, consulting, and data analysis. This unique background has enabled her to merge these skill sets to create profitable business ventures and lucrative investment opportunities.

Tehane’s mission is to empower clients to navigate the complexities of real estate investing. Whether assisting clients in acquiring cash-flowing properties or analyzing property portfolios for financial health, she is dedicated to maximizing revenue potential and helping her clients achieve their investment goals.

Mary Kate is a licensed NC REALTOR/Broker and the Managing Director for Wayfinder Homes. She grew up right here in Clemmons and graduated from Appalachian State University.

Mary Kate has spent several years dominating the luxury, hospitality, and travel industries. Her Forbes® Five Star and Ritz-Carlton training and background helped her successfully scale several residential and tech startups.

Mary Kate loves to snorkel, bake cookies, provide a full life for her pitbull, and travel to beautiful places. She is busy planning her next adventure to Spain.

With over six years of experience as a successful real estate agent and prior leadership as head of a landlord and tenant litigation firm, Yolanda has demonstrated exceptional expertise in landlord & tenant legal matters. Moreover, her active involvement as secretary on the board of five co-ops in NYC showcases her commitment to community engagement. She is a native of the NC Foothills has a variety of experience as a former Paralegal in the legal field, a real estate admin, and in 2019 finally decided to take the plunge and become a licensed real estate agent! Her and her husband, Dakota, own short and long term rentals. She enjoys focusing on other women and couples who want to dive into the real estate investing journey. In her spare time, you will find her hanging out with Dakota and their three dogs, working out, traveling, or exploring nature!
        Ashley Bell

        Ashley is a multi-talented professional with a diverse background in real estate, healthcare, and education. With a passion for serving others and a drive for success, Ashley has excelled in various fields, showcasing her versatility and adaptability. As a real estate broker, Ashley possesses extensive knowledge of the industry, helping clients navigate the complex world of buying, selling, and investing in properties. Ashley is also an accomplished investor, leveraging her skills to identify lucrative investment opportunities. Ashley has completed several fix and flips, and owns short, mid and long term rentals of her own. She also manages rentals for other owners. Ashley is also an accomplished physician associate with experience in emergency medicine, telemedicine and teaching. She maintains a faculty position at High Point University’s PA program. She is a graduate of the University of Houston, Wake Forest School of Medicine, University of Lynchburg, and has a few finishing touches to put on her dissertation for a PhD from MGH Institute of Health Professions. Any free time Ashley has is usually spent at the Idiot Box, a comedy club in Greensboro, or hanging out with her dachshund and corgi.

          Brad Huffines

          A native of Oklahoma, Brad relocated to North Carolina to live near family much like many of our clients. If you think you recognize him, Brad brings extensive experience in social media marketing and video production following his 27 years as a broadcast chief meteorologist in Oklahoma, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and being a staff meteorologist on CNN in Atlanta. His degree is in meteorology from the University of Oklahoma. (Boomer Sooner!) Additionally, as a current contract instructor for FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute and the California Office of Emergency Services, he teaches local and state governments how to best communicate to their residents and visitors in the midst of disasters. He is also serving as the Chief Meteorologist for two Southern Pines’ radio stations forecasting every single day as a synoptic meteorologist. Brad also brings his dynamic personality, scientific approach to data and marketing experience to Wayfinder Homes and the Triad. Brad’s passion is communicating and helping people during challenging events. Creating stability, trust, hope, compassion and respect fuel his daily life. Clients love his sense of humor, ability to make them feel comfortable, and passion to explain to them the complexities of modern real estate.             Shannon Parham-Frail

While running the wheel and tire business, he also focuses on investor-friendly residential real estate sales and managing the real estate investment projects that he and his wife, Madison, have. He enjoys helping other men with their faith, fitness, and mindset and when he’s not talking about real estate investing you can also find him hanging out with Madison and their three dogs, working out, or creating content!
                                Evan Kline

                                Evan grew up in the Midwest, working as both a cheese maker (mozzarella and provolone) and lumberjack in his teens. After finishing his undergrad in 2011 he moved to Winston-Salem where he became a coffee master at Starbucks, then worked in Sales and Marketing for a telecommunication distributor. In 2018 he launched a tech startup, Tokyn, an online-to-offline matching service for tabletop games. The company didn’t survive the pandemic as its main function was creating an in-person connection, but he gained experience raising money and working with investors which he transitioned to real estate. He worked at the largest KW brokerage in the triad area as their Database Manager before getting his real estate license and joining Wayfinder to help other investors. Over a 2 year period, he and his wife grew their personal portfolio to 7 properties through both traditional and creative strategies. He is an expert in mid-term rentals (his favorite strategy for Winston-Salem!) and also has personal success and experience with long-distance investing, BRRRRs, creative deal structure (seller financing, sub-to, lease option), house-hacking, long-term rentals, multi-family, single-family, and short-term.
