More updates on the porch project for the Davidson Colonial House remodel…demo is done…the old screen had a bunch of holes in it. We even had a bird nest from some birds who made themselves a home since the holes were big enough for them to get in, but not predators. We were able to safely relocate them before starting our project.

The original outdoor carpeting was removed and replaced with a nice plywood base to allow the tile installation to go in smooth. We purchased some indoor/outdoor wood-like tile which is beginning to get installed. The deck has been pressure washed and the cracks in the wood treated and repainted a uniform white. We are getting close to done!
Still needing to clear out a few items and purchase some accent pieces, but here is the generally finished product for the porch project.
