Project Summary

This was a past project in Blowing Rock, NC where an investment property loan was secured by one of our recommended lenders to initially purchase this property for $630,000. The purchase price was expertly negotiated so that the client was able to secure the home for less than the original ask price of $639,000.

We coordinated with various contractors to perform renovations, repairs, and the final staging of the property along with setting up the software, property listing, marketing, photography, and business operations to make this property a top performing AirBnB (short-term rental/mid-term rental).

The end goal was to rent this property for premium rent and then to sale it as a turnkey rental property to another investor. This property not only cash-flowed monthly, but it was able to resale for $902,000 within a year. The investor was able to net over $110,000 in net profit from the sale of the property.
