This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a small additional room currently used as an office. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and it has a king sized bed, large smart TV, spacious walk-in closet, luxurious ensuit bath with a walk-in shower and separate soaker tub. The second bedroom is downstairs with a smart TV and queen size bed along with the third bedroom which has one twin size bed. There is a 1-car covered carport and additional driveway and street parking available.

Property can be rented month to month, or longer lease terms are available at a significant discount.

Other things to note

Additional Notes: Exterior lawn maintenance is performed at regular intervals and may happen to occur during a guest stay. The neighbor’s yard maintenance team may occasionally use a portion of the driveway to access their back yard to perform yard maintenance. We would like guests to just be aware of this.
